We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Credentialing & Compliance Manager to join our on-site team in Guntur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credentialing, licensing, and compliance for healthcare professionals, ensuring full adherence to US healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to manage smooth onboarding and maintain compliance accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all US healthcare regulatory and accrediting institutions.
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new healthcare staff within set timelines.
Monitor and track staff credentials, licenses, renewals, and expirations.
Advise and assist staff with credentialing and compliance procedures.
Develop, implement, and refine internal credentialing and compliance processes.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of licenses, credentials, and insurance contracts.
Handle information requests and releases in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing and compliance.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
