Description:
  • Experience in managing the complete life cycle of recruiting, including tasks such as screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, and overseeing responsibilities until the candidate's onboarding. 
  • Proficient in the MSP/VMS model, with a proven track record in diverse domains such as Non-IT Business Professional, Engineering, Automobile, Utility, Energy, and Aerospace. 
  • Specialized in dealing with W2 arrangements exclusively for US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EADs and H1B candidates. 
  • Well-versed in various recruiting techniques, including Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. 
  • Extensive experience in hiring candidates at all levels within the non-technical spectrum. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player while managing tasks such as screening, maintaining, and building the candidate database.


Responsibilities:
  • Understand non-technical requirements (Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering) and submit consultant profiles within specified timelines.
  • Work effectively as a team player, focusing on screening, maintaining, and expanding the candidate database.
  • Keep a robust database of candidates ready for frequently occurring job openings.
  • Possess a sound understanding of Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering concepts and stay updated on the latest trends.
  • Meet or exceed company-set goals for submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:
  • Must have minimum 1-5 years hiring experience into Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering with direct clients only.
  • Strong background in recruiting for VMS/MSP/Direct Client requirements only (Candidates with C2C background will not be considered)
  • In-depth knowledge of different US VISA types
  • The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast paced & metrics driven environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
