We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Associate to support our US HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, offboarding, compliance documentation, and day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle I-9 verification and maintain compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks and coordination with internal teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to work with focus and attention to detail.
