The Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a contingent workforce program for assigned clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client, and internal recruiting/delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of contingent labor needs, operational excellence, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience in staffing, MSP/VMS environments, workforce solutions, or client services, with strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of contingent workforce programs including requisition management, onboarding coordination, escalations, and issue resolution ( approximately 40 jobs, 100 submissions, 30 interviews, 5 onboardings monthly)
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and program performance metrics.
Manage VMS platforms submissions, Interviews, onboarding, timesheets, invoices
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Identify ways to grow with a MSP or a client
Work with recruiting team to ensure job roles and expectations are clearly communicated
Partner with client base to understand and anticipate staffing needs of the business and to implement appropriate long-term staffing strategies
Manage end to end Customer relationships, growing the book of business by expanding our foot prints with new and existing customers
Create and send client KPIs on a monthly basis to facilitate communication and share service value.
Leverage personal network and/or other networks to identify and pursue opportunities.
Recommend innovative business processes to improve staffing ability
Establishing partnerships that grow our customer base and increase revenue
Sales minded individuals with Sourcing & Recruiting experience will be considered
Skills and Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in sales/account management
5 - 7 years in staffing
Knowledge of clients' needs
Strong hands on experience in navigating and administering VMS platform
Must have proven success with direct clients and system integration partners
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
A proven track record in achieving targeted sales results or quota
Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort
Solid business management skills
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent project-management and time-management skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Google Suite products(Sheets, Docs, Slides)
