Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR)  Team Lead– US Process

Shift: 8:00pm-5:00am IST (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to manage end-to-end AR operations for US clients/customers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in collections, cash applications, reconciliations, AR aging management, and client communication. This role requires excellent analytical skills, process management capabilities, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for US accounts/customers.
  • Monitor customer balances and ensure timely collections.
  • Review AR aging reports and drive initiatives to reduce overdue receivables.
  • Coordinate with billing, finance, and operations teams to resolve invoice disputes and payment issues.
  • Ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly AR MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support AR analysts and executives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably handling US clients/processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

  • Prior team handling or leadership experience is preferred.
