Role Summary
We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our organic growth, content, AI search presence, and outbound. You'll pair solid marketing fundamentals with everyday use of AI tools to grow traffic, visibility, and qualified leads. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes building and shipping, not just planning.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Build quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative, and foundational websites.
- Improve our Google rankings for the keywords that matter most.
- Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (site structure, internal links, page speed, schema, indexing).
- Run keyword research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities.
- Grow organic traffic and the leads that come with it.
Social Media & Content Creation (AI-assisted)
- Create social content, both videos and images, using AI tools.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, landing page copy, and other website content.
- Post consistently and keep a clear brand voice across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Turn long-form content into short, shareable pieces.
GEO / AI Search Optimization
- Find ways to get Squirrels AI mentioned and cited inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and others.
- Optimize our content and structured data so AI models surface us.
- Strengthen our presence on the review sites, directories, and listicles these models pull from.
- Track how we show up in AI search and keep improving it.
Email Marketing & Outbound
- Plan and run email and cold outbound campaigns.
- Manage list building, segmentation, sequences, deliverability, and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with Instantly, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo is a strong plus.
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and maintain tracking with GSC, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Build simple, useful reports and dashboards.
- Run CRO on landing pages and forms to lift conversions (testing, removing friction, improving the funnel).
Required Qualifications
- A completed degree (Bachelor's or higher).
- A strong digital marketing background with real hands-on SEO experience.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, and day-to-day marketing.
- Good grasp of SEO fundamentals, link building, and analytics.
- Strong written English and the ability to create and edit your own copy.
- Organized, data-driven, and able to run several things at once without hand-holding.
- Available for the Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST shift, on-site in Hyderabad.
