Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating qualified leads, and running targeted email campaigns to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify new market trends, industry developments, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to support strategic sales planning.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, databases, and other online resources.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through regular outreach and follow-ups.
  • Email Campaigns:
  • Design, execute, and monitor outbound email campaigns tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, optimizing future campaigns based on insights.
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Client Communication:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and social platforms.
  • Understand client needs and schedule meetings or demos with the appropriate sales executives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo.io).
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
