We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling IT recruitment for clients in the banking and finance domain. This role requires excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
  • Work closely with clients and hiring managers for role understanding
  • Ensure timely closures of positions

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
  • Experience in hiring for banking and finance domain is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
