We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Healthcare MSP Recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare staffing and MSP recruitment, along with proven leadership skills to manage teams and deliver excellence in talent acquisition. This role requires a results-driven professional who can effectively oversee recruitment processes, build strong relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of MSP hiring requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners and stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with client and MSP guidelines.
Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous process improvements in recruitment delivery.
Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to optimize costs and service quality.
Ensure timely resolution of escalations while maintaining service standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required).
5+ years of experience in the healthcare recruitment domain.
Proven hands-on experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Minimum of 2 years of recent on-site work experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage recruitment teams and stakeholders effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a result-oriented approach.
Proven ability to meet hiring targets and KPIs.
