Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals for various clients across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining compliance with US healthcare hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Allied Healthcare, and Medical Staff) for US-based clients.

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Work on W2 recruitment, 1099, and C2C hiring models as per client requirements.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed,  etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.

Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

Ensure US healthcare compliance including credential verification, license checks, and background screenings.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure excellent candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
